If any users from your organization have administrative privileges within our Support portal, then your admin can create users directly in the system. You may also request the admin role by contacting Support. Only Precisely Support can assign administrative privileges to a contact.

If no admins are available in your organization, a user account can be requested by contacting Support via [email protected].

There is no admin capability within the Partner Community. A partner user account can be requested by contacting the Channel Partner Ops team via [email protected].
