A single Precisely user account is used to access each of the following systems:
- Customer Support portal
- Partner Support portal
- Downloads via Precisely Data Experience
- User forums and product announcements
- Enhancement requests
- Product training via Precisely U
- Self-service License keys
- Precisely APIs
- Precisely Help
Some systems will immediately prompt for a login, while others are accessible without logging in and will prompt for a login when accessing specific content.
If any users from your organization have an admin role within our Support portal, then your admin can create users directly in the system. You may also request the admin role by contacting Support.
If no admins are available in your organization, a user account can be requested by contacting Support via [email protected].
