A single Precisely user account is used to access each of the following systems:
- Customer Support portal
- Partner Support portal
- Downloads via Precisely Data Experience
- User forums and product announcements
- Enhancement requests
- Product training via Precisely U
- Self-service License keys
- Precisely APIs
- Precisely Documentation
Most documentation and articles via Product Help are available without needing to login.
If any users from your organization have an admin role within our Support portal, then your admin can create users directly in the system. You may also request the admin role by contacting Support.
If no admins are available in your organization, a user account can be requested by contacting Support via [email protected].
There is no admin capability within the Partner Community. A partner user account can be requested by contacting the Channel Partner Ops team via [email protected].
