For existing maintenance and subscription customers: The Maintenance Release link below provides a direct download for existing customers to use for a version upgrade to 2023. This installer also includes the MapInfo Pro License Server Utility and the Group Manager.

MapInfo Viewer: A free read-only version of MapInfo is available in v2023. This is part of the normal MapInfo installation where you can choose to install the viewer. This is available in either the Trial or Maintenance links below. Viewer can work disconnected from MapInfo services.

NOTE: This download includes an installer that allows you to install English, German, and French versions of MapInfo Pro.
