Downloads

Assure iTERA contains self-service downloads within Precisely Data Experience for user accounts with active entitlements:

  1. Go to Precisely Data Experience.
  2. Select My Software Products. You may be prompted for a login if not already authenticated.
  3. Select on the product to download. Product naming conventions may slightly differ and other products may also display.
  4. Once within a product, the latest version will be displayed by default and older versions can be selected via the Release dropdown.
  5. Select any product file to download.
If you don't see your product or the list is empty, please raise a case via the Customer portal or Partner portal for access.

Licenses

Assure iTERA offers self-service keys within License Keys for user accounts with active entitlements:

  1. Go to License Keys.
  2. Click on the Emergency Key, LRP Upload or LKP Decryptor links next to your product. Product naming conventions may slightly differ and other products may also display. Note that you may need to switch the Support Site dropdown above the table if you have multiple contracts.
  3. Follow the instructions on the respective pages to create and download your key.
For all other license requests, please raise a case via the Customer portal or Partner portal.
